Custom fields dont show

Projects linked to custom fields dont display the custom fields when an issue is selected

Please make sure that you have changed the field visibility scheme to show the new custom field.

They show when i access the project from the website, but not when i access it through the Gemini desktop.

Ah, I did not notice that there is a tab called additional Information that displays the custom fields. I was expectting the application to show them grouped with the Issue information.
