Reports
It would be great if Gemini had some sort of report capability with graphs and what not. Currently I have to run pretty complex queries in SQL to get the data I need for my reports. We use Gemini as a help desk ticketing solution so we have to keep track of our backlog, created vs. closed per week, etc. It would be nice to get information such as avg. time open, top project/component tickets are being filed for, etc. Is this sort of thing something that is planned?
