When adding new users they do not show up in the user list until you go to another page and then come back.  Refreshing the page does not update the list of users.

Also, when adding users, after clicking save, the user information should be cleared out ready to add another user.  It currently leaves the information of the user you just added so I have to clear out that information before I can add another new user.
