Unable to upload an image.

RE: Version 2.1.1.

What do I have to do to permit uploading images?

I created a new issue and used Image Manager to insert an image.  It disallowed the upload and displayed the following message:

The file could not be uploaded because the application did not have enough permissions. Please, contact the administrator

What permissions do I have to grant to whom in order to get the job done?

FYI:
The default folder is: /bugs/controls/RAD/UserImages/
Databases are: GEMINI and GEMINI_ASPNETDB
The virtual directory is: bugs
URL is: //dsd/bugs
Installed using MSI file.

You need to give write permissions to the ASP.NET user on the user images folder.
