Problems with Gemini 3.0.4 and Windows Server 2008

Hi,

i cannot get Gemini 3.0.4 running on our new Windows Server 2008 machine. The installation works fine, but login fails - i am always redirected to the start srceen with no error message. Typing in a wrong password results in "Incorrect username and/or password", so i assume the database connection an so on is working.

Are there any known problems concerning session state or what ever on W2K8?

Sorry i forgot: it's Windows Server 2008 Enterprise  SP1 64 bit edition.

Please make sure that the application pool is set to use classic .net app pool.

Hi,

good  hint. I configured a new app pool for gemini and set the managed pipeline mode to "Classic" and identity to "LocalSystem" - it's working so far.
