Can't able to assign an issue with Issue worker status

Hi,

For my project I have added two users as Issue workers, in that one person can only able to assign issues to different resources. Other person is condiered can't able to see the edit button or delete button on the issue details screen so he can't assign it to anybody. Can two people be issue workers for the same project?

Yes, you need to assign them a security scheme that allows that.

Yes, I have assigned a Issue worker security scheme for two people but only one of them who has got System admin previlige only can assign resources to the issues. Only by assigning the scurity scheme Issue worker wouldn't let them able to assign resources? To assign Resources would they have to have System Admin previlige?

I see. The default issue worker scheme does not have the "Assign Resource" privilege. You can edit it and tick the "Assign Resource" box.

It has got Assign Resource check button ticked for Issue worker.

I want to edit the issue, but edit button and delete button doesn't appear on the screen to assign the resouce.

That is because the issue worker scheme does not have the edit issue right by default.
