I have a user that I want to be able to assign others to issues within a particular Project
I have setup a Project Group. If I look at the permissions assigned to this user the below permissions are set (Alfa Medical is the project I want them to administer).
No matter how I set these options I can not get them to be able to see the Assigned Resources list when editing an issue. As an overall admin like I am I can see that, but not as they are defined below. What am I missing?
