2 e-mails received after creating an issue

Hi,

Apologies if this is a duplicate query.  Whenever I create issues in Gemini, it sends 2 e-mail address to the Assignee 'Created' and 'Assigned'.

Is there a way to only send one e-mail 'Assigned' to them.  What would I need to do?
