Can the ImportUtility (1.1) be used to bulk update the issues?
I've seen that a new project is created each time that the tool is used.

It is not designed for that purpose, but the source is included in the zip and you can change it to do so.

I have installed the ImportUtility v2.0 and have managed to get it all set up with WSE etc. I am trying to import issues from an Excel file but am getting an error (posted below). Does the excel file need to be in a specific format in order to upload issues using that method? Thanks

Yes, the excel sheet should be named Issues. Also, the format is very specific, but you can change the code as you see fit.

The excel sample file (gemini.xls) is under the ExcelExporter directory.
