Install and attahc the data base to the application

Hi,

I spent a lot of time trying to install the MSDE and to configure it so the application will work finnaly.

I would like users remotely login to the system.

here is what I get now :

"An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server.  When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) "

And before that I got somehing better : not trusted database.....

I need help to configure this.. please help me.

What is the connection string that you are using? Also, make sure that SQL Server is configured to use TCP/IP.
