Potentially Dangerous Request.Form value

We just upgraded to version 2.1.   We are occasionally seeing System Errors when adding or updating issues.  When we look at the logs, the errors are showing up as:

A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (ctl0MainrtcComment_ftbTextBox

I had thought this might be HTML or javascript that we were submitting, but the text didn't have anything like that.

Is this an error that will be fixed with the 2.1.1 patch?

No, FreeTextBox is only shipped for legacy reasons.
