As it is now 1 day is equal to 9 hours.  Why?  Also, why can't I change this so that 1 day will equal how ever many hours I want it to equal, say, 1 day is equal to 7 hours 30 minutes?

There does not seem to be any workaround for this quirk.

Look at TimeInWorkingDay in the web.config file.
