Security and Access to projects

Since upgrading from 2.0.0 to 2.0.5 last week all users (includign the anonymous user) appear to have been given read only access to all projects

How can I change this ?  I have specifically excluded users (by giving them "No access") to projects yet ALL the projects still show up.

have I missed something as part of the setup/configuration ?

You need to set the ViewAllProjects setting to "NO" in the web.config file.
