Issue Assignment

Is it possible to have the Assigned To button at the Issue Details Section?
The only way I see now to get there is by going to the Edit Issue Section, but I would like to have it directly on the Issue detail section.
Please let me know if this can be done.

This is not possible at the moment. This will be possible with the next release.
