Null field error

web-app

Don't know if this tells you anything useful, but I hit an error on issue form submit:

Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values. at CounterSoft.GeminiBiz.7cdfe764c33c38b0.0dd7228622330700(IssueEN 732c0a0fe634473a) at Gemini.CreateIssue.imgCreate_Click(Object sender, ImageClickEventArgs e)

Unfortunately, the form cleared, so I can't tell you what was there when I posted it (other than 15 minutes of typing that is gone!). I don't believe any required field was null... I really don't want to have to make a copy of everything I type just to be sure I don't lose it. Is this common?

Thanks!

Which version of Gemini are you using?

It might be that the web app has recycled thus session data was lost.

Are you running on IIS6?

Running Gemini 2.0.4 on Server 2003-SP1/IIS6.  Just remembered this - I think I may have changed the date format in web.config between the time I started the issue form and the time I posted the form. Would this explain the error?

Yes, the update of the web.config will cause a restart.

However, 2.0.5 is much more stable in such cases.

Thanks for the help, Mark! Looks like 2.0.5 is an easy upgrade, so perhaps I can get that in this week.
