Access Denied

Hiya

Gemini has been set up and has been working successfully.  However, recently I have intermittently been unable to gain access to the system and received the standard Access Denied for User - contact your administrator message.  I am set up as an Administrator and should have full access to the system.  If I reboot, then I'm able to log in again.  The system is set to use Windows authentication.

I haven't changed any settings in the config file recently so I'm not sure why this would suddenly start to happen.

Any ideas?

Which version of Gemini are you using?

What are the errors in the error log?

Hi Mark

We're currently using version 2.0.3.  I've managed to get on to the system and looked on the system logs and it seems this may be the problem.

SESSION loss detected (GetUserID) -- no User Identity!

Other than within the system itself, where are the log file(s) located please?

I see. Are you using Windows authentication? If so please upgrade to 2.0.4.
