Consistent errors

Using Gemini 2.0.5

We have been getting the following error messages quite consistently. The day's error messages begain with this error:

could not initialize collection: [CounterSoft.GeminiLib.IssueEN.IssueComments#574] at CounterSoft.GeminiBiz.7cdfe764c33c38b0.a91f976c95cc24f6(IssuesFilterEN b0f684c47236959a, Boolean d837775771246a3f, Int32 ac5137055166e071, Int32 1e9480f13fb31614, Int32& 22e1db4a340b6c7b, Int32& edea74ca49e15d4e, Int32& 76d6a884ce8de821) at Gemini.Issues.BindData()

Later in the day, this error was thrown 8 times within 2 minutes. I saw the "Gemini Has Encountered an Error" screen only once, however.

Yesterday, Gemini threw the above error 11 times in two minutes.

The pattern has been repeated fairly consistently over the past couple of weeks. Any suggestions?

I do not see the error notification each time this error occurs, based on the frequency of errors in the log file. So, I can't specifically identify what event triggers it. On the couple of occasions I did get the error notification, I believe I was moving from viewing a single issue back to viewing all isues. It was at that point I looked at the log file and noticed the number of errors.

I'm not sure what you mean by "specific issue #". If you are asking whether I get this error when viewing or working with a specific issue #, the answer is no.

Sorry I cannot be more specific, but as I mentioned I do not see the error notification each time it appears to have occured. It just is getting logged and only periodically do I get notified.

Just so we can understand, do you experience problems with Gemini or the only issue is these exceptions in the log?
