2.0.4 documentation

The .pdf files included in the 2.0.4 zip file reference upgrading to 2.0.3. Is there a more current version of the documentation? Considering the volume of posts regarding installation issues/sequence, we'd like to avoid those problems with a proper installation.

We are upgrading from 2.0.1.

2.0.4 is a maintenance release. There is no major functionality change.

The upgrade is as always run all the upgrade scripts and at the end run the create_procs.sql script.
