Small style bug

It's a small niggley thing but there is a hard coded white bar in the form of a table row in the header control (HeaderBar.ascx).  This makes it a bit messy when trying to make a theme with a dark background.

This has already been removed as part of 3.0 ! Thanks for the feedback anyhow.

Feel free to send us your theme and we can package with 3.0 (assuming theme is not corporate specific).

Good stuff!  I'm still tinkering with the dark theme, but i'll send it over if it turns out any good.
