Globally customising "My Work View".

Hi there, I'm wondering how it would be possible to customise the My Work view which is available from the front page of Gemini.

I'm wanting to add a few fields that are available to all issues such as "Resolution Desc.".

It would be good if we could also sort by this field so that to inform the person assigned of which issues.

3.5 release is about to ship.

Release 3.6 will address such issues.
