Unique ID for each project

Is there any way that I can get each project to have their own ID numbers. For instance. I have two projects A and B. I create an Issue in project A and the id number that gets assigned is A-1 then if I create one in project B the id will be B-1 instead of B-2. Is there a way this can be done?
