After upgrading from 3.04 to 3.1 I get the error listed below on every issue realted link from the "project home" page. (NB running on commercial license)

Did you run createprocs.sql and createviews.sql at the end of the upgrade?

running createprocs.sql and createviews.sql got me up and running too. Thanks.
I had only executed Upgrade_v3-1.sql
