problems with user access since 2.2.3 patch

 Hi, since upgrading to the 2.2.3 patch it appears that we are unable to modify the user access via the gui.

each time we make a change and press update it appears to work, we can select and deselect users however as soon as we change projects and then go back to the previously updated project its clear the permissions have not updated.

Not sure I understand. Please note that you can not deselect users, you have to assign another scheme to them.
