Import Utility doesn't import everything...

Hi,

I have an archived database with Gemini issues that I'm trying to import into our production version.  Both versions have the same statuses, resolutions, priority, etc (however the ID's are not the same)

Using the import utility I don't get all the issues...and the statuses and priorities are messed up.  In the database the id's are the same, but in the production system since the id's are different the issue ends up with a different status or priority...

 

Help!  I have version 2.03 & 2.04

Currently the import utility does not import the global settings, such as priority, status etc..

You have to create those first on the traget system and the import utility will perform a lookup for the correect value.
