CAn't View ALL PROJECT ISSUE REPORTING

I'm not sure what happened to cause this. The only thing I can think of is that I deleted a project today, then got this error that appears like it has to do with custom fields. Could the project delete maybe not have cleaned up the custom fields for that project? Anyway....here is the error:

We delete all project data during a project delete.

I think you must have dropped a table (called Level) that is referenced by an existing custom field.
