We have users posting several comments to issues - much like a discussion board.  Unfortunately, the issue updated timestamp does not change and nothing shows up on the change log.

Is there anyway to get a change logged for "Comment Added"?  What about reflecting the date the comment was added in the Issue's Revised date and time stamp?
