Working in a disconnected environment


Can Gemini Desktop be used in a disconnected environment on a laptop? Some team members work off-site and cannot connect to the network from their locations. Is it possible for the files to be moved from the laptop to a USB drive for easier portability when going to the main office?

The desktop app caches the data locally. So if you are using your laptop all the time, then you can still use the app even when not connected to the netwrok.

If you want to move the issues from the laptop to a desktop for example simply copy the desktop app data folder. You can find the folder under ....UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\CounterSoft\Gemini Desktop\
