I'm not sure why only admins can create projects.  I want admin control over the system to control certain things, but I'd like my project managers to be able to create projects and assign who has access to them.  Then I can control just the system settings, users, etc.  That seems logical to me, creating projects does not seem to fit an admin only role, especially for companies that do hundreds of projects like mine.  Is there any workaround I could do for this, stored proc, db table, etc, other than just making those people admins too?
