An ID which begin to 0 on each project

I need to index all my issues' project under another id than Gemini's id. Because I need to start the first id of each project by number 0. I try to create custom field, but there is no automatic indentation.

Could you indicate the right procedure to arrive to my ends?

Sorry for the delay... I need to index each of my project with 0 as index:

The actual mechanism are like:

Project 1: his id is PRO1 and each issue has tag: PRO1-1, PRO1-2

Project 2: PRO2 issues of project2: PRO2-3, PRO2-4

 

We would like:

 Project 1: PRO1 each issue has tag: PRO1-1, PRO1-2

 Project 2: PRO2 issues of project2: PRO2-1, PRO2-2

 

I've tried to modify the database to include custom field, but I think it needs the registered version to work... Can you confirm my mind or indicate me the right process.
