Default Assigned User 'Anon' instead of 'Nobody'

Got another wierd issue... suddenly, whenever I create a new issue, the default for Assigned User is showing up as 'Anonymous User'. Before, it was showing up as Nobody - which is what I want it to do. So why is it now defaulting to this 'Anon User'? And what can I do to set it back to Nobody?

This is because the Anon user was added to the resources of the project.
