Installation

Download the Gemini Microsoft Outlook connector from here: http://www.geminiplatform.com/download

It can be used with Outlook 2003 onwards.

Overview

The purpose of this add-on is to provide users with their task start and due dates within MS Outlook.

Users can drag-drop to organize their start and due dates (subject to user permissions within Gemini).

Accessing Gemini

You can access Gemini within Outlook in both the Calendar and Task panes.

Calendars

Item Start and Due dates are plotted on the Gemini Calendar and users can drag-drop to re-organize their work.

Ad-hoc project appointments and recurring meetings specified within a Project’s Schedule view will also be displayed in this calendar.

Tasks

Items assigned to users appear in their Outlook Tasks lists and provide read-only details of each item.
