Items can be scheduled to automatically repeat on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

If you want to repeat an item once a week for 4 weeks, Gemini does not instantly create 4 copies of the original item that you want to repeat. Instead, Gemini creates the item to be repeated when it is needed.  For example:

• Original item is created on Monday 2nd, and is set to repeat once a week on a Monday for 4 weeks.
• On Monday 9th, Gemini creates a new item based upon the contents of the original item.
• On Monday 16th, Gemini creates a new item based upon the contents of the original item.
• On Monday 23rd, Gemini creates a new item based upon the contents of the original item.
• On Monday 30th, Gemini creates a new item based upon the contents of the original item.

Recurrence is automatically set from the created date of the original item PLUS the recurrence interval.

Repeated items can be traced back to their originator via the Source attribute of an item.

Daily Recurrence

Repeat an item on a daily basis up to a maximum number of times, and optional limit it to weekdays.

Weekly Recurrence

Repeat an item on a weekly basis up to a maximum number of times and on a particular day of the week.

Monthly Recurrence

Repeat an item on a monthly basis up to a maximum number of times and on a particular date every month.
