How to link item to test case (plan)

Hello,

How do i link an existing item raised as a requirement or bug to a test plan or test case.

I searched through the documents but couldn't find any, if this has already been answered please point me in the right direction

You link an item to a case and a case to a plan. Go to the test case and click on the items tab to add a link to an item (eg item the case is testing).

I tried clicking on the add button, the text box next to it is highlighted in red but nothing happens. If i copy paste the url link of the item and click add nothing happens, am i doing something wrong here

Start typing the item id or keywords to search for and suggestions will show. Select an item and click add.
