Error creating new project

Hi,

when trying to create a new project being logged in as "admin", I get the following error after clicking on the "create"-Button:

Procedure 'gemini_createproject' expects parameter '@projid', which was not supplied.

What may be wrong?

My fault: I deployed the 2.0.3 Database but did not point IIS to the 2.0.3 folder.
