Can't delete custom issue type on v.3.6.3

A while back before upgrading to v3.6.3 I had had created a custom issue type, but since upgrading to v3.6.3 I tried to delete that custom type but the following error is logged in the system log
19186 2/25/2010 9:13:19 AM Error Gemini Delete issue type failed Could not delete issue type CounterSoft.Gemini.Web
I upgraded from v3.1.1 to 3.6.3 how should I go about deleting the issue type?

Ok seems like I needed to first remove it from the Schema then from the issue type section.  Maybe the system log or we should display a friendly message to prompt the user as to what needs to be done first.
