Disabling user accounts
We had someone leave our company, and I deleted their account as I did not want them to be active in the system. As a result, all issues that were created or updated by them or now show a blank name. I would like to have left the account in Gemini and marked the account as 'disabled' (similar to how an account in Windows can be marked as disabled).
In hind sight, I realize that I could have defined a 'no access' security scheme and then changed the account's scheme for all projects such that they would no longer have permissions to do anything. The downside to this approach is that it is not evident that the account has no access.
