Mailbox screen fields inactive

On: Customize --> Breeze --> Mailboxes --> Edit

The following fields appear to be inactive - you can click into them but they blank as soon as you leave the field and their entered values do not save:

Subject Like Match Expressions
Subject Not Like Match Expressions
Content Replacement Match Expressions
Content Truncation Match Expressions

ANSWER

I figured it out - the documentation isn't clear: you must first define your Match Expressions (on the section below Mailboxes) before you can select them from the Mailboxes section above it.

I "get it" now; it just isn't obvious.
