Time out of sync with server. 5.1.5

The time on new items being submitted and in timer apps is off by almost a day. Where does Gemini sync its time fro? I wasn't able to find any settings that would be able to link to any servers that have the correct time, thanks

Found the time zones under user preferences, now all the time stamps are correct.
