Feature Request - Be able to edit the Requested By field of an issue

In our environment there are a number of users that are not technical enough to use a product like gemini but still request items, It would be very helpful to be able to modify this field on an issue to be different from the user who created the issue.

Dave, could find find a reference to this on the Issues list so have taken the liberty of logging it on your behalf.  I would find great benefit in this proposed feature.
