Breeze - inbound and outbound mails

Hi,

We have installed Breeze - but we cannot activate the replymails( generated by breeze) - we only get the general receiptmail - with the the general (not project related) replyto-email.

What is the step to disable the general receipt and activate the breeze receipt ( and alerts)

Not sure I follow. Any user who emails in should get a reply from Breeze (if the mailbox is setup to do so). Is that not the case for you.
