Newly created users are not getting email alerts when their account is initially created

Hello,

I'm using On Demand Gemini v5.1.3.3606. This is how my system is currently setup:

  • System->Alert->Send Notification - Set to Instant Notification
  • System->Alert->Send Notification - Auto-email creator/report and Auto-email assigned resource checked on
  • Event Apps - Email on User Creation is enabled.

I've created two users and two real users and no email alerts were sent out.

What am I doing wrong?

If I understand you correctly when you create a user you will not get notified?

However, you will only be notified when a user registers by him self or when the breeze services creates a user.

Is this what you mean ?

Hello,

Correct, I do not get an email notification when I create a user but that is not my issue and I really don't need a notification telling me that I just created a user.

The issue is that the user that I create is not getting a email notification letting them know that they now have a Gemini account.
