Using the latest (2.0+) versions, it's located in the top-right section of the View Issue page.  It is preceeded by an envelope icon.

I have seen this link, but it requires that I know the integer project ID. I was hoping to generate the link in an external application using only the short ID (such as IND-602). I think HarveyKandola has logged this as a feature request.

I dont know if this is supported feature but i use (In TSVN comments - bug tracking support) this links: http://localhost/gemini/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=14 and it works great
