Hello,

I have some difficulties to find out where users can choose to receive emails regarding changes made on a specific project.

Our server is running Gemini 5.1.3 and Alerts option is set on "Instant notification" (thus I don't need stream service?)

Instant notifications will only work for create, resouce and watcher alerts. If you want to subscribe to other alerts please install the stream service, create an items card that will filter by the items you'd like alerts on and right click to subscribe.

Thanks for your reply. Does that means I should set the notification to "Batched Notification (Delayed)" ?

I think we are still using the stream service that was installed for Gemini 4. Should reinstall a new one?

Yes, set it to batched and upgrade the stream service.
