how to remove 2 projects from main search???

Do you want to remove the projects or hide them? Anyway you must be logged in as an administrator to do this. Then just click the Customize button - Users tab - Permissions tab and set permissions for particular projects. Or you can click the Customize button - Projects tab and delete the projects. Be carefull it deletes all project issues!

Welcome meesage can be configured in the Customize - System tab - Options tab.
