How do we automatically add a reporter and resources as followers on issues? When I create an issue and assign it to a resource, neither are getting comment notifications because neither are automatically following.

Please download the auto follow plugin: http://www.geminiplatform.com/downloads/v5/Countersoft.Gemini.AutoWatchers.zip

Place it in the app_data\plugins folder and recycle the Gemini application pool.

I dropped the DLL directly in the app_data\plugins folder, recycled the app pool, and even restarted IIS. Still no auto following. Anything else I need to configure? web.config? autowatcher config/settings?

No errors in the Gemini system log or in the Windows logs. I also tried putting the DLL directly in the plugins folder as well as putting the countersoft.gemini.autowatchers folder containing the DLL in the folder.

Just FYI, we're running IIS6-32bit, .NET 4, on Windows Server 2003 64bit. Is that a 64bit assembly or 32bit?

Which version of Gemini are you running? did you put it in the app_data\plugins folder (unzipped dll)?

Ok, you need to upgrade to 5.1.2 to run the plugin.

Ugh. Ok. Sorry, didn't know there was a release since I installed 2 weeks ago. Are there database changes or can I just compare/merge the web app?

It should do the database upgrade for you (providing the connection string used allows it).

So, I should use the installer, not the ZIP? Is there documentation on upgrading 5.1.1 to 5.1.2?

You should use the zip, just delete the web application, unblock the zip and put in the new web application (don't forget to put the plugin again).
