Breeze and Hosted Exchange 2010
We are moving to a hosted Exchange 2010 setup. As part of this setup, I have been told that only outlook clients, and OWA will be able to connect, and that POP/3, and IMAP will not be accessable. Are there alternate methods to get Breeze to pull in emails and create tickets within Gemini? We use this feature extensively, and dont want to lose it.
regards, Aaron

One way can be to forward the email to another address. At the moment Breeze can only use POP or IMAP |

Are there any plans to add MAPI support? Are there other customers that have a workround when they only have MAPI access to outlook? Aaron |

Can your Gemini "see" the exchange hosted server? |

It can "ping" it and has network connectivity to it. The issue is that the POP/IMAP services on the Exchange server are disabled. Our only methods of access are MAPI, OWA, and ActiveSync. Aaron |

FYI - We have been working on this and it should make it for the 5.1.5 release. |

Mark- Sounds good. Is the fix in 5.1.5 going to support MAPI? Do you need any beta testers? Thanks, Aaron |
