MS Project Connector

I'm trying to get the integration between MS Project and Gemini working but so far been unsuccessful. We are using Gemini v5.1.1.3564 and MS Project 2010. I've successfully installed the connector (countersoftgeminiprojectconnectorv511) and the addin is appearing in MS Project. However I cannot get the project to upload into Gemini. I keep getting a "Object reference no set to an instance of an object" error. Is there documetation available describing the setup and use the MS Project connector?

Can you please check if the app.log file has the error details (%appdata%\CounterSoft\Gemini\Project)?

Mark, I cannot find a "app.log" file anywhere within our Gemini directory structure. The system log has the following error:
