Hi, I was wondering how to allow a user to view a project only and not work on/create items. I have created a new group for the user and in the permissions for the project only given them the "View project" attribute. But when that user logs in they can still amend & create items? Im sure there is something I am missing? Thanks in advance.

ANSWER

In Gemini 5 the ability the edit and create an item is determined from the screens. If the user can see a field for the create / edit screen then they can create / edit an item.
