Upgraded from 3.1 to 5.1: can't see all open issues

usage

Upgraded from 3.1 to 5.1 Created a new template called "Standard" Changed TEST project to use "Standard" template I am able to open TEST project, but see only 1 open issue out of all. I suppose to see at least 4 open issues. I also tried to enter the issue number (know for sure it's existing in TEST project) in the Search box, it takes me to the Gemini homepage like I have no access to the issue (which is in the TEST project)

Note: before that I've created new permission called Admin Global -> Associate all projects to this new permission -> all other permissions (such as "Can View Project", "can delete own comment", etc) are assigned to Global Admin group (which I am a member of).

Please make sure that you have not given the "Can Only View Own Items" permission to your group.

Thanks, Mark. I figured that is not related to the "can only view own items" because all those expected to be shown issues were opened by me.

The issue is related to the screens. Is there a quick way for me to set everyone (authenticated) to be able to create/edit/view all the type/categories/fields of the issues/projects? It's so time consuming for me to go into every single field to add user group. If there is a quicker way from the database back end, that would be great too.
