Force password change

We would like to force our staff to reset the passwords on Gemini every X days. I can see an option to force a new password for new users but nothing around reseting every X.

Do you have any way to set this?

If not can i just do a DB update to use the "change new users password on first login" option?

That is not possible at the moment. We are looking to add this in Q1 next year.
